A Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be carried out from the 26th of February until the end of March. The purpose of the survey is to improve Housing and Property Maintenance services for Council tenants, as well as meeting the requirement of The Scottish Social Housing Charter. Your views on the Council’s housing and repairs services are essential in helping shape better quality services that are designed to meet tenant’s needs.
The survey will be carried out by an independent company called Research Resource and will take the form of a telephone survey. If you receive a phone call from Research Resource, please take the time to take part. It will only take a few minutes and it will give you the opportunity to give your views, it will also help the Council to improve housing and repairs services for its customers.
