Those are some of the questions being asked as part of the new East Dunbartonshire Travel Survey.

Look out for representatives of Research Resource in local towns and villages between 1 and 15 October 2022.

You can take part online by visiting the survey website before 23 October 2022 (Extended to 7 November).

The survey - which is held on an annual basis - aims to map emerging transport trends in the area. Responses are then used as part of the evidence base for plans and strategies in East Dunbartonshire - helping to shape proposals for the future.

Councillor Paul Ferretti, Convener of the Council's Place, Neighbourhood and Corporate Assets Committee, said, "The survey provides a snapshot of how people get around East Dunbartonshire, while offering residents the chance to highlight opportunities and challenges.

"Look out for representatives of Research Resource in our communities and have a say online. All the responses will help us to gather up-to-date information on how people choose to travel locally and the most important factors for them."

The survey is part of the Local Transport Strategy 2020-2025.

Results from this annual survey help inform the development of transport plans and strategies, including the Council's Active Travel Strategy.

* Results from the 2020 and 2021 East Dunbartonshire Travel Surveys are available via the Council website.
