Prospective candidates will be required to submit:

  • A relevant CV (not EDC application form)
  • Statement in support of application demonstrating suitability for the role they are applying for
  • A written submission to a set question.

Closing Date: 5pm on Friday 20 September 2024

Short-listing Process

Shortlisting process will be conducted by the Justice Services Manager.

Candidate submissions will be assessed against:

  • The role profile
  • A competency assessment of the supporting statement
  • Defined criteria to assess the set question response.

Candidates will be shortlisted and invited to an interview.

Interview process

Competency-based interview conducted by the Head of Service – Children’s & Justice Services and Justice Service Manager.

Selection Process

Selection decisions will be made based on the assessment of:

  • CV
  • Supporting statement demonstrating suitability for role
  • Written response to set question
  • Performance through interview process.
