The above named is hereby licensed to use the undernoted premises as a short-term let within the meaning thereof set out in the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-term Lets) Order 20221, as amended, and subject to the conditions detailed below.

1. This Licence is valid only in respect of the above-named premises.
2. This Licence permits the occupation of the premises by a maximum of NUMBER residents, subject to the premises being otherwise suitable to accommodate that number.
3. The Licensee shall hold satisfactory Gas, Fire Alarm, Electrical and Portable Appliance Safety Certificates.
