Planning and Building Standards Duty Officers

Planning and Building Standards operate a telephone duty service Monday-Friday, 9.30am-1pm.

Members of the public can check online for details on progress of planning applications and for general advice and information on planning and building standards.

For a more detailed discussion, an appointment to meet with a planner or surveyor can be made through the duty service. Please note that the duty officers may not be able answer case specific questions.
