This is fantastic news re Lenzie Public Halls.

Two points to make - I am still looking for a similar albeit smaller project/property for a base for Walk Run Cycle East Dunbartonshire, we already do so much in East Dunbartonshire. Not only with our numerous events which get residents active and decrease social isolation, but we also give back to the area with benches and art installation and of course encouraging litter picking too.

Second point is - would there be the opportunity of us having one of the rooms in the building as part of your agreement with the occupiers? Instead of trying to find a similar asset transfer for us.
