Important announcement

Temporary Disruption to Housing Services

Due to a scheduled system upgrade, some housing services may be limited or unavailable between Friday 15 August and Tuesday 19 August 2025.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.

Graffiti refers to drawing, scribbles, pictures, messages or tags that are painted, or written on walls and other surfaces.

It is not always possible to remove graffiti from wood therefore, wood surfaces will always have graffiti painted out with appropriate paint but it should be noted that only the affected parts are painted thus create a noticeable patch. We do not remove graffiti from network rail property or from bus shelters unless they are stone built.

Please note: We only remove graffiti from Council Owned Buildings and Assets – if the graffiti is on property not owned by EDC then contact should be made with the owner directly.
