Gambling Act 2005 – Statement of Licensing Principles

In terms of section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005, East Dunbartonshire Licensing Board intends to publish a statement of the principles it proposes to apply in exercising its licensing functions under the Act during the next three years.

The statement of principles will be published on 11 February 2026, on this webpage. It will also be available for inspection at any of East Dunbartonshire Council’s Community Hubs.

These are located at the undernoted addresses in Kirkintilloch, Lennoxtown and Bishopbriggs. Please note that inspection is by appointment only.
