Details of variation requested
On the Operating Plan, please amend the boxes adjacent to the ‘recorded music’ activity section from ‘N N N’ to ‘Y Y Y’.
On the Operating Plan, amend the box underneath Activities to read: “Recorded background music may be played within and outwith core hours.”
On the Operating Plan at Q5(f), please add the following text to the end of the existing narrative: “A home delivery service of groceries, which may include alcohol, will be available subject to demand.”
