Details of variation requested
Amend existing specific condition No. 2 to remove the wording ‘for a trial period concluding on 17 May 2026’ so that the condition reads as following:
Live performances, amplified music and karaoke will only be permitted on Friday and Saturday between the hours of midday and 11.00pm and on Sunday from midday to 10.00pm.
Please note that existing specific condition No. 3 relating to live performances, amplified music and karaoke on Christmas Eve and Hogmanay is to remain as existing.
