Details of variation requested

  • To draw forward the commencement hour for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises to 11 am on Sundays
  • To extend the terminal hour for consumption on the premises to 1 am on Saturday evening (Sunday morning)
  • To remove reference to outdoor drinking facilities in question 5
  • To vary the narrative following question 5 to update reference from ‘AWP’ to ‘gaming machines’
  • Remove reference to external drinking has been removed from the answer to question 5 and the following narrative
  • Alter the answer to question 6(b) & 6(d) to remover reference to 'the bar'. The redevelopment will not include a 'bar'
  • Alter the answer to question 6(e) to read "Children and Young persons will be permitted access to all public areas and accommodation"
  • Vary the capacity information in question 7 has been varied as follows:
    • Reduction in overall capacity from 256 to 64
    • Reduction of off-sale display area from 15.05 m2  to 1.8 m2
    • Vary capacity breakdown to read " Hotel accommodation 376 (94 bedrooms at, say, 4 persons per room)."
