Details of variation requested
- To draw forward the commencement hour for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises to 11 am on Sundays
- To extend the terminal hour for consumption on the premises to 1 am on Saturday evening (Sunday morning)
- To remove reference to outdoor drinking facilities in question 5
- To vary the narrative following question 5 to update reference from ‘AWP’ to ‘gaming machines’
- Remove reference to external drinking has been removed from the answer to question 5 and the following narrative
- Alter the answer to question 6(b) & 6(d) to remover reference to 'the bar'. The redevelopment will not include a 'bar'
- Alter the answer to question 6(e) to read "Children and Young persons will be permitted access to all public areas and accommodation"
- Vary the capacity information in question 7 has been varied as follows:
- Reduction in overall capacity from 256 to 64
- Reduction of off-sale display area from 15.05 m2 to 1.8 m2
- Vary capacity breakdown to read " Hotel accommodation 376 (94 bedrooms at, say, 4 persons per room)."
