Details of variation requested
- The addition of a small external area to the front of the premises with a terminal hour of 9pm 7 days a week. The area will be delineated by removable barriers which will come inside at terminal hour
- In section 5(d) of the operating plan (outdoor drinking) amend to ‘Yes, yes and yes’
- In section 6(d) of the operating plan amend wording to read ‘All children and young people must be out the premises by 8pm unless at a pre booked function until the end of said function’
- In section 7 amend the total capacity amount to 154 and add ‘130 internal, 24 external.’
