You can view and manage your council tax information online by setting up a mygov myaccount. The registration process will only take a few minutes. You will also require your latest Council Tax bill.
Once you have signed up you will be able to
- Opt in for paperless billing (e-billing)
- Set up or amend your Direct Debit
- Check your balance, see instalments due and payments received
- Update your personal details
- View bills online (or print them when you need them for proof or evidence)
- Access issued reminders and summary warrants
- See Council Tax Reduction and Housing Benefit claim information
You do not need to register if you want to
- Set up a Direct Debit
- Change your address or tell us you’re moving
- Search for a Council Tax band
- Apply for discounts
- If you are a landlord, tell us about tenancy changes
