Each Action contained within East Dunbartonshire HSCP’s Self Directed Support Implementation Plan for the following three years has been identified as meeting one of more National Self Directed Support Standards; National Improvement Plan Outcomes; and East Dunbartonshire HSCP’s Strategic Plan priorities.
