What do you want to see in your parks and play areas?

The views of residents are being sought on a number of parks and play areas in Bishopbriggs and Bearsden.

East Dunbartonshire Council is looking for feedback on Bishopbriggs Public Park, Meadowburn North (at Hilton Terrace, Bishopbriggs) and Westerton Play Area in Bearsden.

Residents are being asked to have their say by completing a short survey which will help inform any future opportunities the Council might pursue to increase the quality of the parks for residents and the wider community.

The Council’s Depute Chief Executive, Place, Neighbourhood & Corporate Assets, Thomas Glen, said, "To ensure we are offering the highest standard to our communities, we are asking residents to tell us what they like and dislike about the existing parks.

"We want as many people as possible to have their say by taking part in a quick survey that will be available on the Council's website from Monday 26 April.

"All information gathered will be collated and analysed and then used to inform future park project upgrades and strategic development for recreation."

You can now provide feedback on the parks by visiting the consultation page.

Please note, the survey will close on Friday 28 May.
