Draft Communications Strategy 2019-20/Draft Participation and Engagement Strategy 2019-20

This consultation is now closed as of 29 February 2020

We want to hear from you!

East Dunbartonshire HSCP has launched for consultation our draft Communications Strategy (2019-2021) and draft Participation and Engagement Strategy (2019-2021). These describe how we want to communicate and engage with our communities and stakeholders and we invite our service users, carers, organisations and networks to share their views by completing a short survey.

Your feedback will help us to improve our communication and engagement practices across all of our health and social care services.

East Dunbartonshire HSCP communicates with a wide range of people, and the survey is open to anyone who we support with our services, those who work for us and with us and those who just want to know more about us and the services we provide. (This includes the public, patients, service users and carers; staff; third and independent sector providers / contractors of services; and local organisations and networks among many others).

We are now looking to gather your views on these draft policies, which will be used to adopt the final policies, with the consultation and engagement period running until 29 February 2020.   These draft policies are both available to view in the documents section of this page.

Our online survey is open from 12 December 2019 until 29 February 2020, and it can be accessed by selecting the online questionnaire below.
