The Teacher Attendance form should be completed by Supply Teachers and Permanent Teachers claiming additional hours in Education establishments within East Dunbartonshire for processing by Payroll.
This form should be completed electronically and e-mailed to the office e-mail address of the establishment you have been working in. The office e-mail address can be found on your supply booking confirmation e-mail and on the establishments website. Emails should be marked as HIGH PRIORITY and the email subject should be - Teacher Attendance Form.
