As part of our wider digital transformation programme, we are progressing with decommissioning the Hub and making the Employee Zone the official Council intranet.
The Hub needs replaced as the platform is no longer supported which means there are security and development restrictions. It also doesn’t meet all the Accessibility criteria needed and contains out-of-date information.
The Employee Zone was created on the Council’s website during COVID to ensure non-networked employees could access the same information, via their personal devices, as those who are networked.
As this area of the site is for the workforce, these pages are not part of the main website site structure and cannot be found via online searches.
The Hub will officially be taken down on Friday 12 December. From this date the Hub will no longer be accessible.
Existing online forms will be available via the CRM. If you are currently working with the CRM team on an internal form, please ensure your form has been tested and approved so it can be made live by 12 December.
For those with team members who are not networked, please remind them of the link to the Employee Zone so they can access the information as and when relevant.
