Our 2024 Employee Survey ‘Your Voice Matters’ is still live, so you have time to tell us your views on the following themes:
- Leadership
- Communication and Engagement
- Management
- Teamwork
- Wellbeing.
The survey includes questions on the above and should only take a few minutes to fill out. It is open until Friday 13 December, so you still have two weeks to put aside some time and complete it.
The results will be published on the Employee zone in the new year and will inform our Workforce Action Plans for the year ahead.
We really want to hear your views so please take the time to respond and encourage team members to also take part.
