Prospective candidates will be required to submit the following:

  • A relevant CV (not EDC application form)
  • A statement in support of application demonstrating suitability for role they are applying for

Short-listing Process

Short-listing process will be led by the Depute Chief Executive and Executive Officer – Land Planning and Development.

Candidate submissions will be assessed against:

  • The role profile
  • A competency assessment of the supporting statement.

Interview process

Competency-based interview be led by the Depute Chief Executive and Executive Officer – Land Planning and Development.

The interview will incorporate a presentation from the candidate on a pre-set topic.

Selection Process

Selection decisions will be made based on the assessment of:

  • CV
  • Supporting statement demonstrating suitability for role
  • Performance through interview process.
