ICT Self Service Portal

Due to operational issues, we have had to suspend our food waste collection service for a number of areas on Thursday 25 June and Friday 26 June. In addition, the recycling collection service in Twechar is affected. To see a full list of affected streets, visit our Food Waste and Recycling Collection Suspension page.

Using the Self Service Portal you will be able to log faults and requests, review status of calls you have logged and link to ICT purchasing information on the Hub.

In addition you will be able to view relevant ICT information e.g. any current major ICT incidents, any major ICT applications that are experiencing issues and an outline of ICT Developments and notices.
