Council, Committees and Papers

The Council uses Modern.Gov to publish all our committee documents, including agendas, reports, decisions and minutes.

As well as documents, you can also view the committee calendar, Councillor surgeries, details for Community Councils, which Councillors are members of each committee and information on Council Wards. Visit Modern.Gov.

Agendas and papers are available to view one week in advance of the meeting.

Where the business is confidential the Committee or Group may agree to exclude the public in terms of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. The agenda will show whether the public are likely to be excluded, for part or all of a meeting.
