If you hold a Premises Licence you will be required to pay an annual licensing fee based on the rateable value of the premises. If you fail to pay the annual licensing fee you will be required to appear before the Licensing Board to give explanations for non-payment.

Will tacit consent apply?
No. It is in the public interest that the authority must process your application before it can be granted. If you have not heard from the Council within a reasonable period, please contact Customer Services.
