Useful information
- A request to book a Council space requires to be made a minimum of one week in advance.
- School events take priority over other bookings, and whilst the Letting Team will endeavor to give you a week's notice, occasionally your booking may be subject to cancellation at short notice.
- All booking requests are provisional until confirmed by the Council. Once you have completed your booking reservation, we will confirm it via email, typically within five working days. If your booking time is unavailable, we will call or email you to agree alternative dates and locations. Invoices will be issued by email after your event, with the exception of social events which are payable in advance.
