Letting Amendment and Cancellation Form

Please complete this form to advise us of any bookings you wish to cancel or amend.  Once submitted, the form will automatically be emailed to the Letting team for processing. 

Please note: As per the Letting Terms & Conditions, the Council requires seven days’ notice of cancellations in writing, otherwise full payment of the booking must be made. Cancellations cannot be made on the telephone.  This applies to all bookings.
