  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to alert Members that BBC Scotland will be filming at Douglas Academy this morning
  • The BBC will be speaking to a small number of pupils about the Prime Minister’s announcement today that social media will be banned for those aged under-16
  • Pupils will be asked for their feelings on the ban and how it will impact on them and their friends
  • The Head Teacher and a member of the Communications and Engagement team will be in attendance to support
  • Planned coverage of the filming includes tonight’s Reporting Scotland and BBC News online.
