    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members regarding the Civic Government Appeals Board (the “Board”) meeting scheduled for 23 March 2026 at 10am
  • Members of the Board will be aware that there is one substantive item of business which is due to be considered by the Board on 23 March. Members are advised that, due to recent developments in respect of that application, the application requires to be continued to the next scheduled meeting of the Board
  • A cancellation notice will be issued and the meeting scheduled for 23 March 2026 will be removed from Members’ diaries
  • The next scheduled meeting of the Board is on 18 May 2026 at 10am.
