    This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared out with the Council.

  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to advise Elected Members of forthcoming site investigations at Glasgow Road, Kirkintilloch.   Members will be aware that the Council proposes to build 54 affordable homes, associated access, parking, EV charging and landscaping as part of the Council’s New-Build development programme. This will include a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom homes across three flatted blocks
  • A Site investigation is required to assess existing ground conditions and to inform the next phase of design and cost development for the project
  • Works are due to begin week commencing Monday 9th March and will continue for 12 weeks with gas monitoring activity.
