  1. The purpose of this note is to provide Members with the 6 monthly ‘How Good Is Our Service’ (HGIOS) performance and progress reports covering the period April- September 2025 for all service areas (see Appendix 1)
  2. The reports cover the agreed quarterly performance indicators set out in the Strategic Group Business and Improvement Plans for 2025-28.  Additionally, the reports provide a high level narrative overview of progress against the improvement priorities outlined in the Business Improvement Plans
  3. These reports were initially scheduled for the January Committee cycle which was postponed due to the local by-election in Ward 3, Bearsden. As such, they are presented for information at this stage and will be reported in full to the Council meeting in April to allow for appropriate scrutiny
  4. Regular service level HGIOS performance reports will continue to be distributed to Members on a monthly basis.
