The purpose of this note is to provide Members with the monthly ‘How Good Is Our Service’ (HGIOS) performance and progress reports covering the period September 2026 for all service areas (see Appendix 1).
The reports cover the agreed monthly performance indicators set out in the Strategic Group Business and Improvement Plans for 2026-29. Additionally, the reports provide a high level narrative overview of progress against the improvement priorities outlined in the Business Improvement Plans

Regular service level performance reports will continue to be distributed to Members on a monthly basis.
