  • The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the meeting of the Planning Board scheduled for 25 August 2026
  • Members are advised that there is no business for this meeting to consider and so the meeting will be cancelled
  • A cancellation notice will be issued, and the meeting removed from Members’ diaries
  • The next scheduled meeting of the Planning Board is 5.30 pm on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, which will proceed subject to business.
