      This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared out with the Council.

    • The purpose of this Technical Note is to advise Members of a slight delay to the timetable for proposed refurbishment works to Torrance Community Centre.
    • Works were due to commence on site in April however these will now commence in May, approximately 3 weeks later than scheduled. The Torrance Community Council and those with lets in the building will be advised accordingly.
    • Further project updates will be provided via Capital Monitoring reports.
