      This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.

    • The purpose of this Technical Note is to provide a status update on the Bearsden Hub project.
    • The terms of the development agreement have now been agreed and it is expected this will be signed imminently. The main contractor will shortly commence site setup including provision of welfare cabins in advance of works starting on site in January 2025.
    • On-going updates on the project will continue to be provided via the regular General Fund Capital Programme Monitoring Report submitted via the Policy & Resources Committee.
