Barbara and Andrew Steel celebrated their Diamond Wedding anniversary today and Provost Renwick dropped in to surprise them with flowers and a commemorative gift.
The Bishopbriggs couple were married in St James’ Pollok Parish Church in 1966.
Provost Renwick said, “It was lovely to meet Mr & Mrs Steel and be part of their special day. I wish them every happiness as they continue their celebrations.”
