Lenzie was lit up for Christmas this weekend as the festive lights were switched on at a fun-filled, family event attended by some very special guests.
Crowds gathered for the countdown as Provost Renwick helped illuminate the town with special guest, singer Roisin McCarney and of course Santa and a helpful elf. Provost Renwick said, “I am definitely in the Christmas spirit now after such a happy event full of festive cheer. Thanks to everyone who organised and to all the local people who braved the cold to join the fun.”
