If your food caddy is not collected on its scheduled day, please take your bin in and present it on your next collection day. It was a busy weekend for Provost Renwick as she made her way across East Dunbartonshire, stopping to lend her support to local community events along the way.

Here she is at Kirkintilloch Gala Day in Woodhead Park where huge crowds enjoyed all the fun that the annual event brings….and all under lovely blue skies.

The Bearsden & Milngavie Highland Games was also well attended with visitors descending in their droves to enjoy the traditional games, stalls and displays. There was caber tossing, tug of war, haggis hurling as well as lots of entertainment and refreshments.
