Details:
- Members will be aware that over the summer months of June- August 2021, the City Deal Team’s appointed designers conducted a consultation in relation to the Bishopbriggs Public Realm Plan.
- The City Deal Team has now published the consultation findings and an Interim Report. Both reports can be viewed and downloaded from the City Deal web pages.
- The findings of the Consultation and Interim Report underpin the aspirations and aims of the City Deal project, with the majority of responses in support of change and improvement in Bishopbriggs Town Centre.
- The City Deal Team and their Design Team will use the responses and analysis as well as the outcomes of the traffic modelling that is currently underway to develop a draft Bishopbriggs Public Realm Plan for consultation early next year.
