Primary school registration gets underway in East Dunbartonshire from next Monday (15 January).
Parents and carers of children who will be starting primary school in August 2018 should contact their local school for details.

You will be required to provide proof of residency within the school catchment area.
Ann Davie, Depute Chief Executive - Education, People & Business, said, "Registration and enrolment will be taking place at primary schools across East Dunbartonshire. Please get in touch with your local school directly for further details."
Parents/carers have the right to ask for their child to be educated in a school other than their catchment school - via the placing request system.
Requests can be made between now and 15 March. Visit www.eastdunbarton.gov.uk/residents/schools-and-learning/school-catchments/school-placing-requests for information.
Placing requests forms are also available at Community Hubs or by calling 0300 1234510.
Please note, every effort is made to try to meet the wishes of parents/carers, but it is not always possible to grant every placing request application made to each school.
