Mental health services |
The Woodlands Centre have identified a service gap for those customer diagnosed with Young Onset Dementia. A pilot is currently being designed to offer service users a ‘Living Well’ that will run simultaneously with a Carers’ Group. The groups will be evaluated and will inform ongoing service provision. |
