Council HQ Council agrees local priorities with Scottish Government
A joint signing ceremony with Fiona Hyslop, Cabinet Secretary for Education & Lifelong Learning and Councillors Rhondda Geekie and Billy Hendry signalled a new working relationship between the Council and the Scottish Government. All three signed the Council’s first ever Single Outcome Agreement, a document which supports the new relationship as set out in the Concordat of November 2007.
