To place anything on the road in East Dunbartonshire that might cause an obstruction you must have consent from the Council.  Some conditions may be attached.

Will Tacit Consent apply?

Yes. This means that your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the 30 day period permitted for final determination of the application.

There are two ways of applying:
