The Council has prepared draft planning guidance on Unsubsidised Affordable Housing. The guidance supports the East Dunbartonshire Local Development Plan (LDP) and although does not form part of the plan it will be a material consideration in determining planning applications for residential developments. The draft guidance can viewed in the documents section of this page.

Post Consultation Arrangements
Following the completion of the consultation the Council will take into account any comments made and will consider whether any modifications to the draft guidance are required. Following which the Council will adopt the document as planning guidance.
