Details: 
  1. The purpose of this technical note is to notify Members of a forthcoming Utility survey, associated with the Westerhill Development Road (WDR) project. The survey will be undertaken by L&M Survey Services and is scheduled to begin on 22nd April, taking place at night-time, over a 2-week period, ending on 5th May.
  2. The survey is non-intrusive in nature and equipment used will be a combination of radio detection as well as ground penetrating radar (GPR) devices at ground level.
  3. In order to facilitate the utility survey, it will be necessary to incorporate rolling temporary traffic lights at Crosshill Road/Kirkintilloch Road and Cole Road. The temporary traffic lights will be in place for the 2-week period between 9pm and 6am. A permit has been granted by the Roads Service.
  4. Landowners and HMP Low Moss are aware of the surveys.
