Details:
- The purpose of this technical note is to notify Members of a forthcoming Utility survey, associated with the Westerhill Development Road (WDR) project. The survey will be undertaken by L&M Survey Services and is scheduled to begin on 22nd April, taking place at night-time, over a 2-week period, ending on 5th May.
- The survey is non-intrusive in nature and equipment used will be a combination of radio detection as well as ground penetrating radar (GPR) devices at ground level.
- In order to facilitate the utility survey, it will be necessary to incorporate rolling temporary traffic lights at Crosshill Road/Kirkintilloch Road and Cole Road. The temporary traffic lights will be in place for the 2-week period between 9pm and 6am. A permit has been granted by the Roads Service.
- Landowners and HMP Low Moss are aware of the surveys.
