Details: 
  1. Background
    1. The purpose of this note is to provide Members with the monthly performance and progress reports covering the period February 2024 for all service areas. Read How Good Is Our Service - February 2024.
    2. The reports cover the agreed monthly performance indicators set out in the Strategic Group Business and Improvement Plan for 2023-26, approved by Council on 27 April 2023. (CE/09/23).  Additionally, the reports provide a high level narrative overview of progress against the improvement priorities outlined in the Business Improvement Plans.
    1. The monthly HGIOS reports have been amended to reflect the revised operating model and Strategic Leadership Team remits as agreed by Council in June 2023, all performance indicators and strategic priorities agreed for 2023/24 reporting have been reallocated on a best fit basis.
  2. Next Steps

2.1. Regular service level performance reports will continue to be distributed to Members on a monthly basis while a fully comprehensive year end overview will be reported to the relevant strategic Committee for formal scrutiny in May/June 2024.
