Details:
1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to update Members in relation to the Housing Appeals Board meeting scheduled for 4th April 2023.
2. Members are advised that following the withdrawal of the appeal by the appellant there is no business for this meeting to consider.
3. A cancellation notice will be issued and the meeting removed from Members diaries.
