Details:

1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to advise Members in relation to the change of Licensing Board Dates scheduled for April and June 2023.

2. A Report was taken to Council on 9th March 2023, recommending approval of the adjustment to the scheduled Licensing Board meetings of 28th April and 30th June 2023 to 5th May and 23rd June respectively. During discussions at Council is was determined that 5th May would not be a suitable due to the availability of Members of the Licensing Board. The Council instructed the Chief Solicitor & Monitoring Officer to liaise with the Convener of the Board to identify suitable alternative dates and times. This has now taken place.

3. The scheduled Licensing Board meetings of 28th April and 30th June 2023 will now take place on 26th April and 23rd June respectively. Both meetings will take place at 10am. A notice will be issued to change the dates of the meetings in Members diaries.
