This Technical Note will be published on the Council’s website following circulation to Members. Its contents may be disclosed or shared outwith the Council.
Details:
- The purpose of this Technical Note is to inform Members that the Housing service has submitted the Council’s draft Local Housing Strategy 2023-28 [PNCA/081/22/CM] to the Scottish Government for peer review, as per the Council’s agreement with ALACHO.
- The Housing Service is advised that the peer review process may take up to three months. Once complete, Housing intend to return to a future PNCA Committee seeking approval to adopt the final LHS 2023-28 and to implement the associated Action Plan.
- It is anticipated that, given the timeframe above, implementation could potentially be the end of financial year 22/23.
