1. The purpose of this Technical Note is to provide Members with details of the governance meeting arrangements for March 2022.
2. Members will be aware that the Council’s Budget meeting is scheduled to take place on 24th February 2022, and a final cycle of meetings are scheduled for March, culminating in a Council meeting on 31st March 2022. Members will also be aware that a significant amount of officer time since the turn of the year has been focussed on the consequences of the Omicron outbreak and also the budget for 2022/23.
3. Following consultation with the relevant Members, it is intended to cancel the following meetings as at the time of writing, there is insufficient business ready to proceed –

5. The last formal governance meeting of this Council session is the meeting of the Licensing Board on 1st April. Following the local government elections, the new Council will convene at the Statutory Meeting which is scheduled for 19th May 2022.
