Details:
- The purpose of this technical note is to provide Members with an update in relation to the re-introduction of the option to pay online for Special Uplift services following a technical upgrade to the underlying software.
- The completion of this work will allow residents of East Dunbartonshire to pay for Special Uplifts for household waste via an online form with attached payment functionality, alongside our other payment streams.
- The work completed ensures the integrity of the online payment solution and will reinstate this method from 22 December 2022, as an option alongside telephone payment via Customer Services.
