Details:
- The purpose of this Technical Note is to inform Elected Members of the achievements of a young person in Lenzie Meadow Primary School.
- Heather Bryson, aged 9, has been named Good Morning Britain’s “1 Million Minutes Young Loneliness Hero.” for her efforts in streaming her chair-based exercise classes to almost 200 care homes across the world.
- She will receive a British Citizen Youth Award and will be entitled to use the letters BCyA after her name. She will also receive a gold Blue Peter badge for her efforts.
- The BBC is planning to film at the school today and it is expected that there will be further media interest.
